The Beans: All of our beans are hand picked from the most select growing areas around the world to ensure the highest quality and most sustainable cup of coffee. Each farm is under long term contract with us. The contract guarantees the highest quality coffee beans, grown under strict environmental conditions (per above) with socially responsible treatment of the farm workers.

The Roast: Our coffees are roasted to their fullest flavor point - a little darker than most coffees. It takes longer, and costs more, but is worth it in your cup! We use a batch roasting system that combines old-world craftsmanship with computer technology to assure consistency.

The Package: Audubon's just-roasted coffee is packed, still warm from the roaster, in our special multi layer vacuum bag. This ensures absolute freshness right to your cup.
